Do abdominal exercises burn fat at all? Or do they just build muscle?
I tried asking this question before, but instead of getting an answer everyone turned on me and called me lazy for not wanting to run to lose fat. So im going to try it again! I’m looking for JUST an answer to my question, if your going to tell me to get off my lazy a$$ and do some cardio I don’t wanna hear it
