Weighted ABDOMINAL exercises?
Hey guys I’m pretty skinny so its easy to see my abdominal muscles. However…they are so small and scrawny. I’ve done situps and different exercises, but none seem to help. I read ona forum that if you do weighted abdominal exercises, your abs will start to grow and burst out like crazy. Anyways i was wondeirng if any of you have any good weighted abdominal exercises or workoiut plan that you have tried and turned out to be effective. Thanks!
