		<description>Well, my boyfriend just had lapband surgery but, that is pretty extreme. I find that, cutting back on sugar drinks, walking, sit ups &amp; riding my exercise bike works best for me. I can see the results. I weighed 62kg. Mostly in the gut &amp; top of my legs. I walked, cut back on Pepesi &amp; rode my exercise bike &amp; in just a month, i am 56kg.
