		<description>Abs alone will not do it.  You cannot &quot;spot reduce.&quot;  You need to exercise, cario and weights, if you don&#039;t have time for weights, I would just do cardio.  When you lose weight, it will come from the area your body naturally loses it first.  some people gain more weight in their hips, breasts, but, arms&gt;look around.  when you lose weight it will be in the same way.
I would start using weights, exercise.  But just for the record, you can work out your abs every day.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
