okay so my question is if im running for 40 min a day..6-7 days a week plus weight training (i.e., biceps, triceps, shoulders, legs, back, chest) do i have to complete ab exercises in order to get abs?

I was a cheerleader for about 8 years and I recently stopped 2 years ago to finish up college and work on my degree.
